Hello, I have a 98 vert A4 with 3.15 gears, corsa touring exhaust, K&N intake, larger MAF housing, smooth coupler, and a mustang dyno tune. It pushed 322 RWHP. How much more do you think Headers and an X pipe would gain me at the Rear wheels???? Just seeing if its worth the $$$$. How loud are we talking afterwords with the Touring exhaust, being that it is a little quieter to begin with???
Thanks!!!!!!!!!
WOW!!!! That much more at the Rear Wheels??? Ok what would be the best Header/X pipe combo with my Coursa Touring exhaust????
There are only two that would get you that with no problem. the LGs ands the GHLs that I know of. Now before I get flamed these are the two most pupular right now, and I am sure there are others.
I have the LGs complete 3" system with 3" cats. and the Corsa Indy system and it is loud! The tourning should be a bit quieter.

Hope your flame suits on , don't agree with the above. I haven't seen that much difference between the headers for peak numbers, I personally believe the thing to focus on is where you want your power and what system will deliver. Peak numbers, I would go for ease of installation and stainless steel. Mid-range power, I would look at QTP and LG. The GHL's appear to be a mid-length header.
Kris, no matter what you do, I will do one better than you!! Go with the LG headers! If you want to wait, I will let you listen to mine! You can get a sense of what they will do when you are looking at my back end!

Suit is on I did not say with any one you would get the most. What I wanted to imply is that you have a better chance of getting those gain numbers sticking to the higher end systems. Yes there have been bunches of header dyno shoot-outs and I don't want to get any where near those flames!
I am happy with my LGs and they did as advertised!
