pressure regulator?
I have a 97 with air intake and cat back. I removed hypertech programing. I was pleased with the hypertech while the car was completely stock but after a few mods it was running to lean. I run 93 octane with the occaisional can of octane boost. The car still has just a little spark knock at low rpm full throttle and high rpm full throttle. Is this due to carbon build up and can it be solved with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

If you have a 97 and have never de-carbonized it, that would be a very good idea. The adjustable regulator is another tuning variable that you can use to get the car to run just right. If your air/fuel ratio is correct and you still have knock it could be carbon build up, oil from the PCV system, or poor fuel quality.
