Default 422 in, some questions

Finally got my car back from ARE today, they tailored it to my front door.

I haven't beat on it too hard, but its definitely strong! I've taken to 6k two times.

It did 475 rwhp and 467 rwtq.

11.5:1 CR
Stage III 6.0L heads w 2.08 intakes, not sure exhaust
1 3/4 TPIS
LS6 Intake
Vararam
42# Lucas Injectors
254/254 .648/.648 w Yella Terra 1.8 RR's

Hopefully once I get some miles on it, it will loosen up and get 10 more hp or so. LSX is next mod.

The oil temperature is higher than it was in my 346. Is this because the motor is breaking in and is 'tight' right now?

Also, I downloaded the PCM, and noticed that the cylinder size is still 5.69x L. Does this need to be changed? It has some slight bucking at low rpm, that I'd like to get rid of, but can live with if its just a result of the lower lsa.

Thanks in advance for all your time and comments.

I'm no expert and I'd love to have your tourque but I definatley think your leaving some power on the table with the TPIS headers. With a large motor you should be running the kooks 1 7/8. Just my opinion.

I agree. I was torn between the LSX and 1 7/8 headers, for the next mod.

How much do you think each would give, hp/tq wise?

Go headers... more power to be had there then in the intake

Again I'm not an expert and maybe some guys with the same set up will chime in but I dont think 20 rwhp would be out of line. Big cubes need to breathe. Obviously the Fast 90 with throttle body is needed as well for max gains. AND BELIEVE ME I know how expensive it gets. Let us know the gains onced you've swicthed out!

The bucking is pretty normal. That car NEEDS air and fuel and "coasting" along at 1300-1500 rpm the car will let you know it wants some gas pedal and rpm's
