Help! Wacky electrical problems.

Help! Wacky electrical problems.
I'll just list them:
Increasing delay between turning on headlights and dash lights coming on.
Sometimes only one headlight goes up. Frequency of problem also increasing.
Driver's seat will not automtaically return all the way to set position when key is inserted into ignition. Again frequency of problem also increasing.
Although it took several trips to the dealer, the problems were supposedly fixed.
However, now a month later, the problems with the dash lights and seat are begining again. And I'm afraid that the headlight problem will soon start again.
What bothers me is that the dealer addressed each problem individually. For example they replaced first one then later the other motor for the headlights.
I don't have much faith in the dealer. When I picked up the car after one of the "fixes", the headlights went up whenever the parking break was released.
The car is a 2000 MN6 coupe. I have a GM extended warranty, so I'll just keep taking it back until they fix it. But I would like to give them some apparently needed guidance.
