Will I notice a big difference on the street with a 50 -70 HP increase? Right now I've got a relatively mild cam (220/220 561/561 112), long-tube headers and a few bolt-ons. It dynoed 377 rwhp. I'm considering investing in a more aggressive head/cam combination. Is is worth it or should I save my pennies and buy a supercharger?

No offence if you have these mods and are only getting 377 at the rwhp, then a really really good dyno tune is my suggestion.
There are stock ZO6s set up for SCCA T1 racing that are getting 375-380 rwhp. T1 specs require the car to be stock from the air intake to the headers. But have one heck of a dyno tune.
With a dyno tune of your mods you should get 410-430 rwhp, maybe a bit more. So no need to bolt on any more things.
