Super Maxx Headers/O2 Wires Install

I’ve just installed my Super Maxx header system and I must say that the system is well engineered. The only issue I have is the forward O2 sensor wires (O2 sensors installed on the headers) seem to be too short. The kit comes with O2 extension wires but these extenders seem to be too short also.
I can connect the O2 wires but I’m concerned that the wires will contact the header and burn through due to vibration.
Has anyone come up with a solution to install these wires to reduce this burn through risk?
Can you post photos of your wire installation?
Thanks,
Kevin

But I'm looking at some of these products to flame proof the wires.

Take a look at this link, it might help:

I installed these in Sept. The extensions are not too short. You just have to be a little creative in securing them. Good luck.

My install tips…..
Get to your local auto parts store and purchase 2 each, Permatex Tune up kits Item # 26984. These tune up kits contain the dielectric grease for the spark plug boots and anti-seize lubricant.
Use the dielectric grease when reinstalling your spark plug wires.
Use the anti-seize lubricant when installing the header bolts. If you have to change your starter or clutch, the headers will have to be removed.
Warning! You are installing these headers in an aluminum head, DO NOT use gorilla torque procedures, and use a torque wrench.
Short cuts> Remove all the plug wires for the spark plugs. Disconnect the main connector at the coil packs; remove coil packs as an assembly.
Left side of engine> remove the 2 bonding wires at the engine block. Push the clutch line out of the clamp, and reposition the 02 wires BEHIND the clutch line.
Right side of engine> Disconnect 02 wire connectors from the frame and reposition the up and out of the way.
Now you have too large gaping holes to slide the headers in, without tearing up your car.
See Ya!
