Line Lock Questions

How does the Line Lock effect the ABS system?

Is it easy to install in a 98? I have heard it goes in the back of the car on a 98.

Anything special I should keep in mind when it is installed?

I need to heat the tires up and I think a Line Lock is the way to go but I would love inputs on the +'s and -'s

You can get the Hurst line lock relatively inexpensively. Very worthwhile if you're into drag racing.

Do a search on the forum

lots of info already available. It doesn't go in the rear of the car. Goes between your master cylinder and the ABS unit.

I seem to remember 98 were completely different. I think the A/H was in the rear back in those days. (if it was available)

Check with the folks at Cartek. They have everything you need, already prebent and measured to the correct length. Just bolt it up the connections are already attached to the tubing.
