Default Mod order?

In what order do you think I should modify my car (ex: cat-back, cold-air intake, etc.)?

Go with air intake first, then headers with exhaust. At least thats how my mod fever started!

Cat-back = 5 hp.. Air intake = 15.
Cat-back = $500-1,000. Air intake = $150 - $500.

I say get the Air intake first.

If air intake and catback exhaust are your options, it really doesn't matter which you do first, IMO.

The aftermarket intake with that stock exhaust, vs the aftermarket exhaust with the stock intake. Neither set up is much to write home about.

Well if you get the exhaust first, you can always do the Swiss Cheese mod or the Zip Tie mod in lieu of the aftermarket intake, until you decide to do it.

But the wimpy stock exhaust system will never do. JMO

I did GHL Bullets first because I wanted the sound. I have a Vararam sitting on the dining room floor. It's next when I get the time

that's the only reason to change catback.

Well I'm not just talking about intake and exhaust, I'm talking about modifications in general. I'm trying to find out what parts would be most beneficial.

You gotta start with the basics first. You could do the previously mentioned and also heads and cam setup or even nitrous. You could also upgrade the brakes and suspension depending upon what are YOU trying to get out of YOUR car? Good luck
