fuel regulators





You could have a loss of power either when in a mid RPM condition while in a 3/4 to full throttle event. ie going up a steep hill, pulling a load ect...
You could see KNOCK RETARD (using a scan tool) when your in a power situation or even hear knock due to the air to fuel leaning out becaues of the loss of fuel pressure.
Fuel pressure not maintained at the specified readings ie too high or too low
If you remove the vacuum line from the regulator and the pressure does not increase to the specified value. (97, 98 models)
Some fuel system problems can be related to a clogged fuel filted, so i would check that first.
