Default Code PO705???

This is on a Auto 02 C5

I just pulled the trans in my garage and had it built up

After reinstalling it the DIC is showing code # PO705

I know this is towards the trans and usually is something to do with the electrical connections. I have heated them up unpluged them and plugged them back in and still nothing.

Any idea what else it could be or what connection exactly this is so i can put more attention to that connection?

I know there is a sticky glue in these connection to prevent water from getting in there, so i have heated it up a lil with a heat gun to make the connection easy to unplug and plug back in.

Still showing codes, any help is greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance...

What sensor would i be looking for??

There is a total of three connections the two on the drivers side (upper/lower) and one on the top of the passenger side.

Im trying to just pin point were the problem would be coming from so i can pay some attention just to that area...

you also say check the adjustment of the sensor... How is this done? what am I looking for?

All help is appreciated, Ill have time to go out there and play with it this sunday

Your Looking For The Range Sensor. It Goes Over The Manual Shaft. It's The One With The Two Conections. To Adjust The Sensor Put The Trans In Nuetral And Line Up The Marks. I Don,t No How To Post The Wiring Diagrahms And Pin Locations For You. You Might Want To Consider Taking This To A Qaulified Teck. But If You Really Want To Do This Yourself. Email Me With Your Fax # And I Will Send You All The Info.
