Ok, when I hit the brakes they pulse real hard. It kind of feels like one side is pulling harder than the other. The steering wheel slightly shakes from left to right. I inspected the brakes everything looks good. I couldn't find any problems with the brake lines and the pads are new. If anyone has an idea what is going on, please help. Thanks

Reason: typo
I warped 2 sets of stock rotors. Get rid of the factory rotors, they are junk..... buy a high quality set that isn't a drilled or slotted factory piece. I'm using the 14" Brembos....they are soooooo much better.... stopping from 60mph is at least 25% shorter.
You TOASTED & roasted your rotors! Been stopping the car from high speed runs lately?
New rotors, flush the system and add a high quality brake fluid and make sure that you do the maintenance on your caliper slides. Use the CORRECT high temp caliper grease! That should do ya!

I was just about to put a post on asking how long the stock rotors should last. I see from the warranty history on my 2000MN6 that the front rotors have already been replaced twice, and now I am getting serious shaking from the rear of the car under heavy braking.
I've just about convinced she who must be obeyed that what I really need now is a new set of rotors and ceramic pads.
This is also a myth. I have warped rotors, and the warpage/runout
was easily measureable using a dial indicator.

I'm with you buddy! I set my rotors up on the brake lathe to take a skim cut and the rotors were not only warped, they were also tapered a slight bit! They cleaned right up and have not had a bit of problem with them since!
Usually when you cut a warped rotor , it warps again
The metal is thinner and if you hold your foot down at a light, stop sign etc.after hard braking they warp again.
