Who makes WCC LT headers?

I'm thinking of buying a used pair with cats. Who makes the headers, and what brand cats are they?

MELROSE T-TOPS. I have had ten sets of headers across my 03 Z06 since last January. I will report on that very soon with dyno information but I can tell you that these headers are among the top three. Run a Dr. Gas X-pipe on the end of those and you will make substantial power, Dr. Gas (801)563-1111 ask for neil and tell him you need an X-pipe for Melrose t-top headers

And WCC is on Melrose Avenue (not the Melrose Avenue in Hollywood, but Melrose in Placentia).
