I've just been had. I recently purchased my CAGS skip shift eliminator from ebay, the picture of the item was blurry and impossible to see exactly what I was buying. For 17 dollars they sent me a resistor that I could have bought at radio shack for 30 cents. I imagined that I was buying the nice harness splitter with the resistor built in so no connectors were left out in the open. Just watch out for this guys. Hopefully I can get my stupid 17 bucks back. What a rip off!
The name of the company was gofastperformance.com . I'm not sure what the owners name is or anyone else there, but just don't buy anything from them I guess!
You say it was impossible to make out just what you were buying????
Now, just drive your car like a Corvette and you'll never need the stupid CAGS eliminator. Stop shifting the car so dam soon and you'll be fine. It will never force you to 4th if you don't shift too soon.

Dude sorry but this is not mis-leading and I quote....
"This is a resistor mod When the CAGS solenoid is connected....."
Sorry about that, good luck on your refund.
And no flames intended, I like e-bay but you have to read the whole thing. And look at feedback Believe it or not 97.5 is not that great for an ebay power seller.
Yeah, I hear ya. But I wasn't really paying much attention as I thought the only way to get a CAGS eliminator was the nice one with the inline connectors. It never even cossed my mind that it was going to be a resistor. I guess I trust some of these sellers too much.
Why does the prong call the resistor a "module" and show an intentional out-of-focus picture of it?
I can tell you why... he is a con-artist. Sure; he calls it a resistor - but only after a couple intentional mis-representations.
It's guys like these that give street-justice validity.
I sure would like to remember where I last seen that black C5 pic. I kinda think (but then hope not) that I have seen that pic right here on CF... hmmmm.
