How much in the car resonce is there with the 5" mufflers? I really like it quick in the car. There is a big different in price between the 5" and 6" mufflers, is that the only different is the muffler size?

The effects of resonance is a matter of personal tolerance. I detect it in the 5 in cans although it is not overly bothertsome to me. The 6 in cans I do not detect the drone. You will find some folks that do not detect the drone in the 5 in system.
The 5 in system will be a tad louder both inside the car and out. The look of the tips will be the other difference. The flow is the same with both systems.

I've had my Quad Round Rolled Bullets on for over three months now (installed mid-March; deployed to Kuwait May to October) and am very happy with the product and exhaust tone.
To be honest and in combination with the LG long tube headers I have, the exhaust tone was a bit harsh at first (scared plenty of kids ) and took some getting used to (from the stock system). However, the system seems to have broken itself in and things seem to have mellowed a bit. (It's either that or I'm just used to it by now.) Irregardless, cruisin' on the highway is a nice experience and the aggressive tone is there when I want it to be...when I'm on the throttle.
Most pleasant surprises are (1) setting off the odd car alarm every now and then and (2) having everyone from kids to dealer personnel to guys who owned C2s and C3s come up to me w/ complements on how my car sounds and rocks..."the way a Corvette should."
