Default LED Tail Light Question

Ok so I got everything and am about to start putting it all together but I have a quick question: would you rather see the LEDs arranged in a circle for running lights or in 2 or 3 straight lines going across the entire light??

Can you do a solid oval with real little LEDs?

Even better if you can make them work with the Euro lens, but then solid ovals might not be compatible. Best,

Gotta be in a circle, that's a distinctive sports car styling cue, and not just on Vettes.

The 3 straight lines to approximate and maintain the louvered look of the standard Corvette tail light.
