Raise the head-lights. Either use the *****, or turn the lights to on then back to park.

Remove the plastc shroud that's on the head light module.

(Assume it's the driver's side light that you want to replace.) Sit on the front facia/bumper or lean back against it and reach down under the headlight with your left hand until you locate the fog light unit.

Grasp the bulb fixture that's inserted in the back of the light fixture and twist it to the left and pul.

Replace the bulb and repeat the procedure in reverse.

There are two ways to go about this. One is you can open the hood and snake your hand down behind the fog light and take it out. Or two you can remove the underpinning under the bumper I think they are 7mm screws and you should be able to see the back of the fog light. The bulbs just twist out. Just be sure that you do not touch the new bulbs with your hands or bump the bulb up against anything.
