OK, torque the big bolts to 125...whats the torque on the little bolts? I painted my calipers and brackets, installed Z06 pads and rotors...never again with a brush. It sucked, the rears are getting sprayed.

As long as were talking brakes, does it make a difference where I get my rotors from? I know everyone says NAPA but is there a difference in the metal content between NAPA, PEP Boys, Autozone etc?

Thanks,
Jim

23 ft lbs on the caliper pin bolts. (15 mm wrench size)

I have only used the Raybestos PG rotors from www.rockauto.com of NAPA. They are great. Don't know about the others.

Jim,
My 2002 Z06 service manual says spec for the brake caliper guide pin bolts is 23 lb-ft.
I have used NAPA and GM stock rotors and can't really tell a difference in performance or longevity on the track.
