Cleaning fuel rails

I have a like new fuel rail that has corrosion in the
part that covers the injector. 2 of the hole are partially
blocked. If I cleaning this up, Is there any way to clean the
inside, and be sure no junk is left inside. I would hate to
clog a new set of injectors?

The corrosion looks like rust, or the coating is bubbling and
coming loose.

Not the answer to your question, but I'd replace it. I'd want to eliminate any potential problem part in my troubleshooting chain.
