Worst case temps you see would probably not exceed ~ 800 deg. F. During the seasoning procedure, Baer indicates that the rotors should reach between 900 and 1100 deg. F when the final six 60-15mph stops are made. (The rotors should have a purplish-blue tint after performing this procedure.) You would not reach these temps again unless you repeated that torture test in your daily driving activities.
You can buy temperature paints from Baer to paint on the rotors and determine your rotor temps if your so inclined. I have a remote temp meter I can use to test this aso.
A while back when at Roebling Road, I had one of those fancy laser temp checker deals. I don't think they where ever over 350-400*f when I returned the pits and checked them. That place is not that hard on brakes at all. Buddies 96 viper GTS had about 550*f on the rotors, but that ride is real hard on brakes. He was also about 3 seconds a lap faster.
