Yeah mine did the same thing, turned out the three bolts that hold the whole motor to the frame came loose. Tightend them up and it stopped. So loose I could move the hole assembly up and down.Or the little screw on the back end of cover came loose. Ive had both happen. FyI, if or when your motor strips out the plastic gear inside and your headlight motor wont stop spinning Replacing the plastic gear with a bronze gear from ebay member "mera" works great comes with glue and instructions for cheap. Just for future referance...
