Default O-Ringing my heads???

Should I have o-ring grooves cut in my heads? I bought A brand new LS2 402 stroker short block that was already assembled so I don't want to tear it down to o-ring the block.
I'm building A forged motor for my PTK TT and plan on running 700-800 HP and would like some input on o-ringing? If I need it? And Who can do it here in the motor city area? Phil can you chime in?

It's overkill for most motors, but if you pull the heads often, and run tons of boost, then go for it. If you only pull the heads often, but don't run much boost at all, then cometic gaskets will do just fine.

If your going over 16psi boost....go with 1/2" studs and and o-ringed heads....... that's the best safety margin available.
