Borla xr1 performance?
I just traded my stock titanium exhaust to a member here for the borla xr1 exhaust. I was just wondering what kind of performance i should see with it. I know the stock exhaust is very free flowing i'm just wondering how much or if i will see increase with this exhaust.

2024 C2 of the Year Finalist - Modified

You should see at least 15Hp gain (crank). You will also gain a very loud but great exhaust tone. Particularly when you back off in third gear @ 5,000 rpm's.
I have had three different Borla exhaust systems on my 1998. Be careful with the installation of the resonator in the exhaust tunnel. The clearences are tight.
Things (Bolt-on) to do to compliment your Exhaust System: Air in, Long tube headers, X-pipe.
