Depends on your driving style and tires.

RunCraps? Normal everyday street driver? Stay with stock Toe and Caster, maybe add just a tad of neg camber, but no more than a half degree total.

Non Run Craps and hot street driving go with the Z06 settings. Go to the neg side of the camber tolerance if you can.

If you're still running runflats, stick to the stock specs. If you switch to non-runflats, you might consider going to Z06 specs. However, if you don't race I wouldn't worry about it.

By "race" I meant "autocross or roadrace".

Z06 specs will decrease the life of your tires and are not receommended on runflats because the added negative camber doesn't work well with the stiff sidewalls of the EMT's.

Stock C5 specs:
F:
Caster: 6.4-7.4 degrees
Camber:-0.7 to 0.3
Toe: -1/16" to 1/8" TOTAL

R:
Camber: same as front
Toe: -3/32" to 3/32" total

Ya beat me to it, but the Zo6 specs, will toast your run Craps rather quickly! That is why I said it the way I did. I think the max Camber for the RCraps is .5 degree. The tire side wall is to stiff to allow it to sit right with the neg camber. and any additional toe will cause the tire to run on the inside edge big time. You can chew up a set of run craps in just a couple of hundred to miles.

Sooo Unless you want to change really soon???
