I believe the floor boards are some wood composite below the seats and that extends down flush with the rockers. If you go any lower with pipes there would be no clearance. If you bring it out around the back of the front wheels there is no room for mufflers. The best you could configure a system would be to take it back as ir is and redirect it forward to the back of the rockers where the Z06 duct reside. Now the issue is, do you want the exhaust pipe sitting next to the fuel cells?

I remember seeing a side pipe system for the C5 a long time ago in I believe Corvette Quarterly. Haven't seen it in quite a while. I don't know how they did it but it didnt' look very well. Really messed up the lines.

I believe there's room if you exit to the side from the rear of the front quarter panels, and then replace the rocker panels with the side pipe material. The rails are going to have to be cut to get the exhaust pipes beneath them.....or you could go over, but on the passenger side you'll have to relocate a few things (PCM, battery, AC dryer...).
