are they clear coated??? If so your out of luck because, anything you use to remove scratches will remove the clear coat.. then it gets ugly..
once clear coat is removed from sections of the wheels the aluminum starts to oxidize,, when you try to clean the oxidation it only gets worse as the uncleared areas get larger and larger..
If they are not clear coated I suggest either Mother's Billet , or Semi chrome. Both are found at motorcycle shops..
Mother's products are found at most automotive stores
