DING DING DING and the winner is.... Bill Curlee with the answer BROKEN PLUG.
16Again had actually noted that it could be the plugs first, but is disqualified because he inspected the car and missed the Dx. Tooo bad
I'm glad it was nothing more serious than a plug or two.
As strange as this may sound not only did I remove and inspect the plugs but, the tech did the same yesterday and found them to be fine. With the techII hooked up he showed a miss in #1 and #8 today he replaced the plugs just for the sake of it. Any chance these plugs were internally damaged. There was nothing visible to myself, the owner, or the tech. Strange indeed but, i'm glad it's back on the road. Matt sorry I let you down I saw no damage to any of those plugs. Bob
If you could not find anything wrong with the sparkplugs, it may have been an issue with the wires or boots. It could have been that the boot was not fully seated on the plug. If it comes back, take a close look at the wires and boots

Bob,
You did not let him down. You did what we all would have done. But what really stinks is that a $1.00 part can stop a $50,000 car from moving.
Live and learn.

Bob.. you did let me down. Because of this.. I have a feeling we may need to lower my car this weekend (on the stock bolts, of course.) Please let me know if I can inconvenience you any further, as you have done to me. Bob, seriously though, it's all good. The point is I'm just glad it was a plug issue & nothing further/more expensive. Let's just cross our fingers & hope this problem doesn't recur again.
Matt no good this weekend, and next weekend is the Challenge as well as Hot Rod Sunday so that's out as well. Looks like 3 weeks before I can get your car here to be lowered. If I have a day off that I can get you in before that i'll let you know. Did Angel give you back the damaged plugs? If he did can you see anything wrong with them? Bob
