How to handle these codes???

How to handle these codes???
Second time in a week I've gotten these. I see Traction Control then reduced power and have to stop the car, take the key out and then restart it. Today, I had to restart twice and the check engine light is still on. I checked the code and here is what I've got:
10 PCM - P1518 PCM to TAC Module Serial Data Circuit
28 TCS - C1278 TCS Temporarily Inhibited By PCM
28 TCS - C1281 Steering Sensor Uncorrelated Malfunction
Does anyone here know what I need to do to correct this? I've read Bill Curley's post about cleaning the grounds... should I do that? Or does this relate to the steering column lock problem?
