Mine rattled as well. I used two layers / pieces of innertube rubber on each one and that solved the problem.

Popped them in... Went to put the car on the lift 2 days later to change my oil. One was gone.
Bummed.
Keep your eyes open Alabama it's around here somewhere.
I would not leave them in place full time. Probably keep them in a bag in the trunk.

I have put nearly 20k miles on my car with the pucks in place the entire time. I haven't had a single issue with them coming loose or falling out. You might want to check that particular jacking point on your car; it might have issues that you didn't know about until now.

Might not want to leave these in on track day. Might not get through tech or might throw one causing problems on the track. Just sayin...

Am I going to recieve a replacement puck that fell out 48 hours after being installed properly?

Lost one on my C5 and one on my C6 I am thinking about gluing them in when one is missing it make it a pain to lift car

I was just planning to bag them up and toss them in the back with my inflator kit. I can pop them in if they're needed.
