Default Titanium Exhaust Mod

Well I finally found someone to weld titanium. I had my guy put in a 2inch section and I think it sounds pretty good. When idling its really quiet, and you really dont notice too much of a difference untill you really get on it. There is zero resonance or drone, also I have LG headers, with high flow cats.
I want to thank Bill W for lending me his old titanium exhuast so my car wouldent be down for too long, Its guys like Bill that make this hobby so much fun
I did a couple sound clips so you can get an idea, my buddy just did some exhuast work on his Porsche GT3, so they are included.
and its still pretty cold so traction is a problem. Sorry for the long post but so many people have asked about this mod
Enjoy, Nando

Do you have any pictures of how the 2" pipe fits? Most I've seen have the 1.5" bypass, it seems like your 2" sounds louder...I like it

BTW, where did you purchase the titanium pipe?

My welder bought the pipes, I suggested 1.5, but he really wanted to use the 2" pipe, im not sure if it makes a big sound difference.

Very cool mod! Ugly welds though...I suppose Titanium is difficult to weld? Thanks for the heads up on where to find the materials!

Yeah...my welder said it was like welding with roman candles, titanium flyin everywhere. But theyre strong welds and thats all that matters to me.

Not a dumb question....it has to be worth maybe a few HP....should drop backpressure and it definately sounds like it flows much better. I'll never know for sure cuz when i did this mod i also did a full h/c/i swap
