Looks cool, however.

Yep.. getting in and out of a Lambo is not that great. If you have those stupid gas shocks balancing stuff. The doors best open and closes at a specifically designed rate.
Anyway.. How about this.. you can't beat anyone else’s doors in but they can still beat yours in. No thanks.

what *I* wanna know.. is why the C5/C6 kits are $1800 and the Mustang kit is $1250??? look at the pictures of what is included... it's basically the exact same pieces. nothing extra.
and, i don't wanna hear any "economy of scale" production crap... they're not going to sell more than a half-dozen nation wide of EITHER kit.

It looks silly, but it might be more practical for tight parking spaces. Around here it's rare to find a parking lot that hasn't had its spaces downsized. Entry and exit frequently require care and flexibility, and the door sill edges take a beating in the process. I've gotten used to it, but if I had more passengers who weren't already Corvette-friendly or if I took more trips into the world of retail shopping I'd seriously consider this modification, despite the association with $50,000 powder-blue Civics.
