We ordered a mag red vert/beigetop/cashmere interior w/triple black as our 2nd choice. Long story short, came across the perfect triple black vert on the lot of another dealer. With the allocation situation, constraints, etc. we decided to jump on it. We were just so excited about getting a Vette that I guess we did 'settle' for our 2nd choice.

Do we regret it? Not for a second! Do whatever you think feels right!

Thanks for the support BowtieBrigade. Actually thanks to all who replied.

I realize I could buy a Mag Red from dealer stock but...I'm looking for a 1SA pkg, Z51, MN6, w/Polished Alum Wheels. Rather than waiting for all of the planets to align, I've decided to change to LeMans Blue.

I agree with you...it won't be "settling", LeMans Blue IS beautiful color. I guess the only reason I was hesitant to order it was because my last vehicle was a '99 Trans Am in Navy Blue Metallic. Didn't want to get the same thing...however as my best friend pointed out "Once you drive up in the new Vette, I doubt that anyone will respond with oh, you bought another blue car?"

I have a Magnetic Red coupe on order. I talked to the dealer today and they said that cars ordered before March 12th and scheduled for production some time in April can have Mag Red. I was told not to worr since my order went in two weeks ago.
