scratch on dash

scratch on dash
Have any of you had any problem with the type of dash material the C6 uses?
I have 2 scratches just below the corvette lettering on the dash on the passenger side that was made by the wife grabbing her purse out of the vehicle. It almost looks more like a black pen mark instead of a scratch.
Any ideas how to take em out? Will post pics if needed.

Does it look at all like a scuff mark? I had one of those on my door and at someone else's recommendation, I used Mr. Clean's Eraser from the cleaning section of the supermarket. Followed the instructions on the side of the box and with just a few seconds of light rubbing, it was gone.

Forgot to mention, Mr. Clean's eraser comes in a box. When you take it out of the box, it looks like a white eraser. There are 2 of them in the box. You wet one and use it over and over again.
