I ordered mine( officially) the first day possible, I believe sometime in April 04. Got it in Sept 04. I don't know about the others here, but that had to have been the longest 20 years of my life.

Ordered 1/25 got order number next day, built 2/14, delivered 2/18. This was the quickest my dealer ever got a Vette! I just got lucky I guess. I expected it to take 2 months like when I ordered my 01 C5.

Ordered 2/19. TPW is this week. Estimated delivery is 4/6, but I'm hoping to get lucky and get it a bit earlier. In other words 7 or 8 weeks.

Appears that given a normal allocation for most dealers, 8 weeks is about the norm. My dealer has been receiving about 1 allocation every 2 weeks and I know that I am #1 on the list. Another buyer who ordered his car the same day as me received his build date 2 weeks ago. So far it hasn't been too long for me. Plus, I still to sell my Porsche Carrera to make room in the garage.

Ordered on 2/7/2005 with Z51. Finally, to me, TPW of 4/4. So even at not biggest dealer with the Z51 constraint it will be about 10 weeks till delivery. It may even stop snowing by then.

NO wonder they all say 8-12 weeks!! Seems like thats the average wait time around here. Every time I see one on the road I wish there was a way to speed it up!

Me too Bud. I ordered mine from my local dealer 5-4-04. Finally gave up 3 weeks ago and got one ordered from a national dealer.

Default Just joined a pretty good crowd

Ordered my LB Vert w/Z51 & NAV on Mar 8, due to constraints looks like it could be put into prod in about 2 wks, expecting delivery @June 1.

It's my first Vette and I'm really looking forward to it, just sold 2004 350Z roadster that was a real blast. Absolutely loved it......just needed more hp and sharper lines.

Ordered my coupe from Monica at Maxie Price on December 13, 2004. The build week was January 10, 2005. It arrived at Maxie Price on January 19th. Monica said it usually only takes five weeks to get an order in but the plant was shut down for a week for the holidays.

Mine was 5 months.

I ordered my LMB Power Top vert, at the end of October. Picking her up on Wednesday at the Museum.

I had to change my top from beige to black.

I waited 3 months, then cancelled the order I placed, and bought one off the lot from another dealer.
