The problem is he advertises them as static cling. Static cling should have no adhesive. Just a little untruthful if you ask me.

Sorry but we did change that, we are not being untruthful, we did advertise static cling and we do own up to that, but we no longer do. The protectors would not work with the LCD Screens on the Nav Unit using static cling.

Thanks!

The fact is, LCD's dont have static and we found this material to be the best way for our product to effective and also be of quality.

We found a great solution.. weve tried it, it works and that is why we finally released it.

I hope those that did order it, will use it, or at least try it.

Id also like to know if you do have a fitment issue, please email us. They have been cut to fit the screens, they have been measured twice, cut, and fitted and unless GM changes the size of the screens, that is the size we had.

Thanks!

The one I got is nothing like what is used on a radio from the factory. I only left it on for less then a second and it did leave some residue. If you're going to call the static cling they should have adhesive on them.

When you decided to use the adhesive you should of informed the people with orders so they could decide if they wanted it or not.

Sorry but we tested it for two weeks, and it left zero residue. Thus is why it took longer then expected to deliver. I sent you a PM as well.

Just got mine today from Complete Dreams and put it on tonite in the garage and it seems just GREAT! Followed the insturctions, had to realign it 2 or 3 times but it looks fine and works great. What else can I say?

Michael:

There are NAV Screen Protectors for sale on Ebay for my Ford Expedition. See the above link.

Are yours made of the same material?

No not our item. Totally different, not sure what that is or how it works.
Will find out, a bit expensive although.

Michael:

If you remember, several months ago you made a post asking for ideas on what types of add-ons C6 owners would like.

I suggested NAV screen protectors and you agreed.

We spoke about these for the next several weeks and I submitted my order on the very first day you put them on your website.

I then received a confirmation my order was accepted.

Then, last week I received a message advising mine had been shipped.

As you can see from the above posts, many owners have already received theirs, but I haven't.

I live in Phoenix and normally receive a letter from most anywhere in the country in 3 days or less.

What gives?

Rob

Got mine- was 1/4 " short in one direction and 1/2" short in the other. Adhesive back- Junk. Sounds good but stay away.

If you follow that tracking number on fedex, it will tell you where your order is. Unfortunately, we can not control how fedex does their deliveries. That tracking number is valid, just check on it on fedex.com. Thanks!

They have to be adhesive back, no other way to stay put, that weve tested.

About sizing, we tested our measurements on a c6 with dvd nav, but we did leave some room for manevuring and such. Thanks!
