Have an opportunity to buy a leftover 05 convertible . MSRP on the sticker is 53900.00 . Can purchase for around 48000.00 out the door INCLUDING 6% sales tax . Sound like a good deal ? Any thoughts would be really appreicated .

Sounds like a base car with only 1 or 2 options. That's why you can get such a big discount - resale might be a problem later if that's of any concern to you.

I would say no....you're better off spending more for something thats optioned out better......

Always get the loaded one if you want to sell it easier later. That one does indeed sound like a left-over base line model.

You're exactly right - It's base except for polished wheels ( which I don't want ) and one other option that I can't remember.
