How's the shift response when in "sports" mode without using the paddle? Congrates
Well, the only mode you can use the paddles in is the "sports" mode. I'm getting used to them a little more....sometimes it's quick to shift, sometimes not. Going to take some more getting used to....and after 500 miles I'll be more aggressive with them.
Honestly, the car is so fast and I dont like to drive too fast on roads with other cars, so I haven't had a chance to really run through them, or drive aggressively using down shifting and upshifting. I just need more time to experiment - I shouldn't have judged so quickly.
I will say, though, that the lag seems to be enough to where if I was drag racing, I'd want the auto to shift for me since I'd be afraid of hitting the rev limiter before my shift was initiated.
Wait....you actually park the car? I can't stop driving it...thank God for drive through fast food. Now if only the vette had some sort of sanitary facilities in the drivers seat, I'd never have to leave. Oh yeah...gotta find a full service gas station too...
Oh yeah...go Wildcats!
