It's over 12 months, and the warranty reads whichever comes first, tread or age, not mileage.

I've had tread punctures in Goodyear EMT's repaired with a proper "mushroom" plug/patch at Discount Tire at least 4 or 5 times. Have one on the car now. Got a puncture in my right rear at 400 miles. Took it to Goodyear, and they wanted to charge me $29 even though I told them about the warranty, so I drove down to Discount and got it repaired free (Discount doesn't charge for flat repairs). They have never damaged a rim or pressure sensor or tried to sell me a new tire.

Yeah, you'll have to struggle to keep it under 125mph until you replace it.
