My GY EMT paperwork say it will replace the tire for free if it is less than 2/32 worn. This tire is down to the wear bars, it needs to be replaced anyway.
My extended warranty will also replace the tire for a road hazzard, with no wear limitations and no deductable.

I understand the road hazard, but it was out of warranty, and I actually figured well out of the 2/32nds portion of the warranty given the twelve months had past. Partially confused this with the picture at the top of the thread that looked to be well past that point.
Since I figured the tire was well past warranty, I was asking why Goodyear would still be expected to replace at no charge for the tire.
