Default 2007 Differences?

Look for a couple of color changes only. Maybe some needed improvements in the first year A6 automatic transmission setup.

I have it one VERY good authority that all-wheel drive WILL be a definite option!........ or, maybe not.

I hate to be the only one to apply to the question seriously, but don't look for anything major on the '07. The car will be better because by now all of the C6 problems and annoyances have been identified and corrected. So other than color changes, don't look for anything radical.

I haven't heard a rumer about it, but it's possible that audio control buttons will be placed on the steering wheel. Other GM cars with the same basic wheel have it and I think it's needed.

I am not worrying about the 07's.....heck I have only 1,375 miles on mine the way it is. Darn blizzards anyway. Hopefully the snow will melt soon. Hopefully the 07's will retain the same basic style as the other C-6's. Its major body style changes that ruin the resale value of previous models. My 97 held its value very well and I contribute it primarily to the lack of a major body style change. Resale is important to me.

The 07 is an all wheel drive vehicle so it keeps up with the subaru wst or wxt or whatever the piece or crap is called!

Or maybe they are putting a Hemi in it? Those 300c srt8's are kicking our butts at the dragstrip.

)this is a joke)

And is pleased to report they will continue for the 07
model year!! (DBS).

Also..there is a rumor that warranty will be shortened to 2 years, to keep MSRP down.

Come on down to the CI, most times we are able to gleam some information there from the GM 'guests' that are scheduled to talk.

If you cannot make it, be aware that someone there will post

Steering wheel controls for the radio are VERY nice. If you have never had a car with them its hard to believe how just how nice they are.

Once you've had them you will miss them hard.

I had them on my '97 Bonneville SSE and they were great.

I had steering wheel cruise and audio controls on the COBALT I rented Tuesday. Very nice, and on a car that costs about 1/4 of the Vette .

I have to disagree. I had them on my Firebird. I tried using them for a while, and didn't like them at all, so I stopped using them.

I'm really glad the C6 didn't get them. I like the clean look of as few buttons as possible.

that would have been nice. I'm glad they finally added heated seats and the built in garage door openers.
