Default Garge Floor tile- less than $2.00 SF

2nd Update- Talked to Mike Foster on 3/24 they will be getting a new generation of tile in 4-6 weeks that he says will be substantially improved and suggested that we wait.

Here is update just heard from MIke Foster and the GP he will give us a price break as follows on the plastic Big Foot tilejust mention corvette forum so he can accumulate quantities.
These prices are PER TILE NOT PER SF and a tile is bigger than a SF
Up to 1000 tile – 1.99
1000 + 1.95
2000 + 1.90
3000 + 1.85
4000 + 1.80
5000 + 1.75

I shopped this stuff (flooring)out very thoroughly(sp) when I built the new garage.
I found rolls of very nice heavy duty coin pattern rolls of garage flooring that stood up against anything I found. My garage is 30x30 and the cost of the product was under $1,100. Several different colors and that price included delivery to my door. I initially decided to wait until the concrete cured completely before I ordered and installed the flooring. Personally, I love the look of the flooring but to tell the truth I'm glad I didn't put it down... I can't imagine trying to keep it clean.
I'm from just down the road from you in Avon Lake so I know what kind of dirt and salt gets dragged onto a garage floor in Ohio...
Is the product you're looking at on e-bay a new floor?

The floor you're looking at is beautiful...

Yes it is new and $2.00 per SF or $2.11 shipped SF, looks like the KIWI or Race Deck floor. I am ready to buy just hope to get from a forum member if possible

Out of curiosity, why this type of 'tile' vs Race Deck?

The price for Race Deck is in the same neighborhood (well, $3.00) and that product basically lasts forever.

Don't know about the e-bay product, can you 'take it with you' if desired when moving/

A lot of people on forum have used this but for me living in NE Ohio with cold and snow I dont think it is a good solution due to how slick it would be and concerned about it staying down in cold

Racedeck retail runs around 3 bucks a foot but warranty for 15 years. In extreme climates doesn't expand and swell you can take it with you when you move and easy to install yourself. Even at a deal will never be 2 bucks a foot but to me and remember I am a customer not a dealer yet it's the best product out there. You can find others and a little cheaper but not the best.
