I drove a Soltice. IMO, junk. The Sky is a good looking car, but haven't seen one in person, but would imagine that since it comes down the same line, it, too will be just a 'good looking' piece of junk. In this month's Hot Rod Magazine, they drop an LS7 into the Soltice, along with about a $billzilion in upgrades! Makes about as much sense as dropping an LT4 into a 944 Porsche. Will probably be on the HRPTour.
The Soltice I drove was underpowered, very cramped on the inside, cheap everywhere, no, and I mean NO, storage space, and the canvas top was a real pos. It would need to be priced under $12k for me to even consider it. Then it would be just a desposable car. You could by a nice Miata for the same money as a new Soltice.

C'mon, GM. Keep the Corvette unique.
Time for the C7!
I agree that we need to keep the vette unique, but C7 already?
both solstice and sky look good, however they are not designed for larger guys at all,, they made them really small inside,, so they lose a great many guys that would be interested that couldnt afford a vette.
AMEN ! I sat down in a Solstice to try it on for size, and thought I was going to have to have help getting out. Unbeliveably cramped, no way could I have driven the thing.
