Broken Seatback?

You must have short legs and have the seat up a ways. Mine is all the way back and I doubt I would notice if it is broken as it never moves... What are the symptoms? How do you know it's "broken"?

I know it's broken because I felt it snap on the right side (same as last time). Now the seatback on the right side is not firm or solid it can be pushed back. I, like you, used to put the seat back all the way (I'm 6' 250 lbs.) but with a standard I put the seat about 2" from all the way back. I also do not like the seat back leaned very far back. I drive with it almost strait up and down.
