Sometimes, if you ask your selling dealer in time, they can make a copy of the "Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle." It has the "Born On" date and VIN. This C of O is sent with the Application for Title to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles so if you don't get a copy before it is sent, I believe you are SOL.
