I have a 2011 C6 so the battery is like new. I still use a Battery Tender Jr. if I am not going to drive the car for more than three days. I plug into the Battery tender. Have attached the pig tail rings to the battery terminals just under the hold down screws ( Good info on forum about different Battery Protection options and how to use them} One thing I have noticed is that if the car sits for a day or two and I plug it into the tender it charges up full in a couple hrs. If I let the car sit for five or six days and plug it into the tender it may take a full day or more to reach the fully charged level. Point is the battery is definitely loosing power if the car sits over time. Not sure how long it might take to go dead my guess is two to three weeks but I don't want to find out.
