I have to admit, I was just like you at first. Thinking because of all the bugs...but then I began to realize that hey, these bugs have good taste! They know beauty when they see it. I've actually grown to think of them as my "fan club." I'm even to the point that I feel bad if I accidentally wax over one of the little buggers.
Just the other day when I was washing my VY a Grasshopper flew right into my driver side door. Knocked the poor lil fellow out. About five minutes later he came to his senses and flew away.
For bugs it's "The Mother Ship". Some years ago a C5 MY guy came out from work and his car was covered in Buterflies. It was able to snap a few photo's for us.
From: NJ..."the way I saw it, everyone takes a beating sometimes."
Haha. You guys are silly. I don't mind the bugs really. Most of them disappear once I start driving. I just thought it was funny how everytime I go out to my car there are bugs all over it. No big deal, except for the one time I had two dragonflies going to town on each other on my fender. Damn perverted bugs and their exhibitionist fantasies. I guess another wash is in order.

Where in jersey did you get it done? How do youlike the job they did?

I was resistent to the idea, but am re-thinking this stubborness. I notice the little impact points already on the front fascia. I am worried the front end is going to look like hell after a few years.
Some bug juices will eat through the paint so keep it clean. The paint on my father-in-law's car was etched badly when he left smashed bugs on his car for a few weeks.
