I just bought mine for $4,000 UNDER MSRP from Les Stanford Chevrolet in Dearborn.
Dennis Tap was the salesman. What a GREAT guy to deal with, he even RETURNS my phone calls !! He has arranged for a Museum delivery( after I changed my mind at least 3 times, but at the first local Corvette Club function, a Bar-B-Q, they convinced me that it was the ONLY way to go if you have the time).
He has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to deal with.
Give Dennis a call @ 313-724-1428(his direct line) and tell him that The Old Troll sent you.
He ALWAYS gets a kick out of that !!

He i right Dennis is a great guy very easy to work with. I just ordered a 2007 monteray red vette from him last week. This a true gentleman, who is a plesure to work with. Give him a call you wont be sorry.
