All the GM OEM wheels are cast aluminum as are all of the aftermarket wheels that sell under $1600 for a set of 4.
Forged aluminum wheels are more expensive and usual lighter.
Weight will be very close regardless of whether they are painted, polished and clear coated or chromed. Heavy coats of paint weigh as much as thin coats chrome.
