Met Steve at carlisle and just wanted to say he was a great guy. He was very nice in giving me the updated intake that was redone with a better upper piece. The customer service was outstanding and I would recommend this unit to anyone. Just wanted to share my expierence at carlisle in getting the new parts from vararam since I ordered with the gp and some had problems with the unit and the manufactoring of the unit. Way better construction now.

Thanks again

Same experience here with Steve ...he replaced my uninstalled old unit with a new one and covered shipping and was very helpful in answering questions.
I'm very happy with the new unit and the install. Thanks again Steve......

Heck yea!! I called last week to their office to check on the delivery of my replacement piece and spoke with a gentleman that took the time to research my order and confirm the shipping date. Then, proceeded to give me a detailed description of how they are improving the product, plus all the details that go in to designing these improvements. It was almost like a crash course in fluid dynamics 101.
