Hi, I just traded my 2005 on a yellow 2007 Z51 paddle shift. Any advice. I have about 3 days to make any changes.

What are you looking for...to be talked out of the yellow, the Z51 or the paddle shift?

Wait for '08 and be sure you will get an smc roof. Also, '08 might bring a different engine with more hp? Find out in 6 months. Z51 with an automatic gets you no increase in performance. It's really minor with the manual but it is different. Z51 auto trans is identical to stock.
You now get drilled rotors with F55. That may be the superior option anyway. Or buy the base car and upgrade with Z06 sways and brakes. Why go with minor enhancements on these with Z51 just jump all the way to #1 with Z06 parts.
just my opinions.
