Default Mont Red - Interior question

I just placed my order today for a new Mont Red 3LT. My questions is this: Does the 3LT make resell better? Does anyone have a pic of a Mont Red with the Ebony interior (which is what I ordered), but having second thoughts and may go with chashmere. Any thoughts? Photos? Your help would be awesome.

Yes, I think having the 3LT would help sell the car better.

I've got MR with the ebony interior, but no pics, sorry. I wasn't really crazy about buying it off the dealer's lot with the ebony interior, but mine doesn't sit in the sun much. It does get a little warm inside though, when it sits in the sun for awhile.

Ebony may be too warm, but cashmere is too hard to keep clean.
I have cashmere and got Lloyd's graphite color #128 matching front carpets. They match my doors, dash and rear cargo mat. And they don't show dirt like the cashmeres did.

How are the seats wearing? I like the chashmere colore better but an nervous that they will look like crap after a year or so. Would you recommend that color or the ebony?

I have MR with Ebony and love it! I saw one at the dealer with cashmere and it was filthy/dirty inside from people sitting in it .

I live in AZ and I've had black, graphite and ebony interiors in various cars and don't think that they feel too warm in the sun.

I think the ebony looks awesome with MR.

If no one posts a photo tonight.... I will post one tomorrow.

I thought ebony would be too hot for AZ but they gave me a great deal and some heat blocking tint. That, along with a good sunshade keeps the interior tolerable and it got as hot as 115 here this year.

I thought I wanted the tan too until I saw how easily it marked. At 6'2" I have to pry myself in and out and the interior would have been a mess the way I have to bend my legs and twist getting in.

Ebony turned out fine and usually just needs wiped up every week or so.

I have 12,000 miles with cashmere interior and the seats show no wear or soiling. I've cleaned them with leather cleaner/conditioner twice. It's hard to keep the cashmere carpet clean, but ebony mats look great (they coordinate with the dash, door sills, rear carpet, etc.) and completely solve that problem.

I think the cashmere color makes the interior feel larger. I would also recommend the clear roof with the Down South Vettes removable headliner for the same reason.

You're going to love your car either way!

I have a 2005 Mag Red with the Cashmere interior. The driver's side floormat does have to be cleaned more often but otherwise, the cashmere interior looks great after 17 or 18 months. I did recently replace the floormats with Lloyds mats. Personal preference...can't lose either way.

Have you considered the Monty Red with the 2-tone Ebony/Titanium seats? It's a beautiful combination IMO.

Here are some pics I took of my Lloyds mats in my Monterey Red with Cashmere interior:

The ebony interior seemed a bit too dark for me, although a black or yellow car with ebony interior looks sweeeeeeeeet!

How about the Titanium interior? You'd have the ebony carpet with that color.

I have a 2007 Monterey Red Coupe with the two-tone Titanium/Ebony interior. This is a cool, conservative and beautifully understated motif. I haven't seen any photographs that do the combination full justice, either for the interior or exterior. Consequently, I suspect the Titanium/Ebony is the least ordered option with MR.

Here's a few of my Monty Red vert with Ebony - I haven't found the interior to be excessively warm.

I have Cashmere and love the interior with the Monty Red. However, that said, I saw the two tone cashmere interior the other day and I'm sorry I didn't order it.

So, best of both worlds, look at the two toned.

I parked my MR vert with ebony interior next to an MR with cashmere interior when visiting the dealer. I thought the ebony interior looked sharper, but it is a matter of taste. You can't go wrong.

thanks everyone - it looks great in all colors. I am going to stick to the ebony - only problem looks like my son's combo in his transam (he is 19) and he can't wait to drive the vette. Have a great weekend.
